Moving away from the pressure of high-impact resolutions, these classes focus on nourishing movement, deep connection with the breath, and a sense of genuine grounding.
This practice is designed to help you shed the winter rush and arrive back in your body, leaving you feeling calm, spacious, and at peace.
As the studio can be a little chilly at this time of year please feel free to wear extra layers, and bring cosy socks and blankets and anything you would like to help you feel warm and cosy for our final relaxation
